Alumnus Spotlight: Mitch Ferguson

I am a graduate of SEA’s Class of 1994-1995 (graduating from UC Davis that same year).

I have had the opportunity to succeed in multiple roles from Executive Technical support at Levi Strauss, Software Configuration and Distribution for Gap Stores and Technical Leadership and management at First Republic Bank & SolarCity/Tesla, and most recently Minted, as Head of Infrastructure. This diversity makes me an agile thinker and imaginative problem solver while providing world-class leadership, ideas, solutions, and support.

I have always felt that Technology is about making people’s lives easier through innovative ideas and products, thinking out of the box, and knowing what works and what doesn’t. Working hard to meet customers needs and taking pride in a project well thought out and executed. But most importantly keeping the human factor always in mind.
