Capitalize Creates Opportunities for Local Startups to Jump Start Their Development
The Sacramento Kings are offering technology entrepreneurs a chance to win $10,000 in a startup pitch competition. Startups must be based within 75 miles of Sacramento.
Applications on the Capitalize website are due February 19. A judging panel will narrow the field to 16 semifinalists on February 21. That group of 16 will then make their pitches on Pitch Day, and the four finalists from that judging will pitch to the crowd at the Kings' game against the Atlanta Hawks on March 22.
