2018 Fellow Profile - Samantha Contreras

The Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy (SEA) attracts high-calibre students and working professionals who aspire to be successful entrepreneurs.

SEA is proud to develop and mentor Samantha Contreras in Entrepreneurship, as a Class of 2018 Fellow. In her role as Senior Legislative Analyst for SEIU - Local 2015, she represent 370,000 in-home supportive services (IHSS) and nursing home workers in coalitions, the California Legislature, and stakeholder workgroups with the Department of Social Services.

She joins like-minded teammates dedicated to wellness, Tamar Foster and Zamanda Bustos,  to start up Mindfulness G.Y.M. (Gathering for Yoga and Meditation).
