Position Summary

Passionate about entrepreneurship? Ready to inspire others on their entrepreneurial journey? The SEA is searching for a Program Director. As the program director, you’ll help guide and support our fellows through the SEA program. Program Administration

  • Oversee the SEA program

  • Support Board leadership and attend board meeting every other month. 

  • Implement curriculum, support development, work with and communicate with curriculum committee.

  • Connect with lecturers, organize schedule, and set expectations for lecturers

  • Coordinate with fellows, set expectations/reminders for deliverables, be available for Q&A, coaching, and support

  • Be available to attend SEA sessions.

  • Be familiar with the SEA program and our resources as to help guide fellows, lecturers, and volunteers.

Corporate Communications & Digital Marketing

  • Be the corporate voice of the SEA, manage communications across emails, newsletters, website, and social media platforms.  Represent SEA in the startup ecosystem.

  • Data room & management of SEA tech stack

  • ·Marketing outreach to new fellows, alumni, SEA Community 

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Support planning and coordination of the annual Showcase event and other SEA events.
