Ken Crittendon is the Company Builder that Builds It Right and Gets It Done. He is an established leader in the commercialization of the Internet, a champion of innovative startups and an advocate of Cleantech in the Silicon Valley.
For more than 15 years Ken has made key contributions to the Internet’s commercialization. He held various operating management roles at AT&T Yahoo! (formerly SBC/Pacific Bell) where he invested over $50M building the first TCP/IP commercial network in California. Ken launched several consumer Internet products and saved $40M by closing the Internet subsidiary merger. Ken joined Scient at the height of the Internet bubble. He helped grow the company to a $6B market cap and is recognized for leading the development of eBay’s network strategy. Following Scient, Ken co-founded Commendo Software a company that sold private label software for Intel Atom Netbooks and a Best of Show Award winner at CES in Las Vegas. More recently, Ken volunteers as the VP of Operations for VC Taskforce, serves as the Revenue Officer for People Power and consults for various early stage companies.
Ken is the recipient of an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Cal Poly and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from CSU, Sacramento. He serves on the board of the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy and was recently awarded Alumnus of the Year.
