Mr. Walter oversees the sales of products and services that reduce electricity demand and usage from packaged air conditioning units at this small public company. He is responsible for developing and deploying the successful marketing strategy across targeted industries. Recently, Mr. Walter’s responsibilities have increased to include the marketing and deployment of water efficiency solutions in California.
Mr. Walter has more than 25 years experience executing projects with broad ranges of constituents. He has initiated, managed, and completed projects where success was defined by satisfying the often competing expectations of funders, decision makers, customers, and end-users. Mr. Walter has been involved with business start-ups as advisor, manager, and investor.
Most recently, he was a consultant to Itron on energy efficiency measurement and verification reporting and a partner at Isaacson, Miller, a national executive search firm. Previously, Mr. Walter was managing partner with The MarkeTech Group, where he led high-level market research engagements for clients including Agfa, Boston Scientific, GE, Philips, and Siemens. His prior experience includes consulting roles with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and with several energy related ventures. His career began at Chevron, where he was an engineer, focused on enhanced oil and gas field development.
